Il ajoute que dans leur grande majorit\u00e9 les gens veulent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s en adultes responsables. Quand on y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit, avoir un manager qui a su gagner notre respect et notre estime peut \u00eatre un puissant moteur \u00e0 la performance, surtout lorsqu\u2019on sait que notre m\u00e9rite sera reconnu et r\u00e9tribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sa juste valeur. Cela veut dire aussi se voir confier des responsabilit\u00e9s, \u00eatre capable d\u2019impacter les d\u00e9cisions, \u00e9tablir des objectifs pr\u00e9cis et quantifiables, et pouvoir monter en grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Au top de la pyramide, le nec plus ultra de l\u2019accomplissement personnel\u00a0: <strong>la r\u00e9alisation de soi<\/strong>. On peut aussi le comprendre comme \u00ab\u00a0<strong>\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un expert dans ce qu\u2019on prend le plus de plaisir \u00e0 faire<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. Envions les chanceux qui vivent et excellent dans leur passion\u00a0!
